The company opened its first hotel: Princess Reforma, in March 1993, in Guatemala City with the greatest expectations.

In view of the success of this first enterprise, Hotel Princess Zona Rosa, a five star hotel located in the heart of the most exclusive zone of San Salvador, El Salvador, opened its doors in November 1997.
Full of dynamic enthusiasm and confident in the perspectives for Central American development, Imperial expanded its operations to other countries in the region, this time to Nicaragua, with a new investment: in December of 1998 Hotel Princes Managua, located in the most influential commercial and tourist area of the city, was inaugurated.
Five months later, as a result of the experience and success obtained, the Hotel Princess San Pedro Sula opened its doors as the third of a five star hotel chain. It is located in the heart of the business district and in the area of greatest social and commercial prominence of the city.
In 2004, Princess of Central America signed a franchise contract with Hilton International, the most prestigious hotel chain world-wide, and so Princess Zona Rosa became the first Hilton Hotel in Central America: Hilton Princess San Salvador. This strategic alliance is aimed at positioning Princess Hotels as the leading chain of hotel services in the region.
